Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Biscuit Base
- Grease a springform pan with a little butter and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the powdered biscuits, powdered sugar, and melted butter. Use your fingertips to mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the greased pan to form the base. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set.
Step 2: Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a deep bowl, beat the cream cheese until creamy. Add the sugar, cream, and vanilla essence, and beat until well combined.
